iPhone14 Pro Max Bom成本曝光:美國(guó)零件占比大增,中國(guó)下滑,報(bào)道指出促使BoM成本飆增的主因?yàn)樾酒瑑r(jià)格.iPhone14系列中,Pro和Pro Max搭載蘋果自家研發(fā)的A16Bionic芯片,該款芯片成本高達(dá)110美元、是去年iPhone13Pro Max搭載的A15芯片的2.4倍水平.價(jià)格高是因?yàn)槠尕浛删?/span>,臺(tái)積電和三星電子是目前唯二能生產(chǎn)4納米芯片的公司.目前日經(jīng)新聞與東京研究公司合作,愛普生晶振對(duì)蘋果9月開賣的iPhone14系列3款機(jī)型進(jìn)行了拆解,得知iPhone14系列中的旗艦機(jī)型零件BOM成本較去年開賣的機(jī)型上揚(yáng)約兩成,創(chuàng)下歷史新高紀(jì)錄,而就國(guó)家/區(qū)域別情況來(lái)看,美制零件所占比重大躍進(jìn),超越韓廠居冠,中國(guó)大陸及臺(tái)灣地區(qū)所占比重萎縮.
